Position Overview
BDV Solutions seeks a dynamic individual to join as a Principal Product Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures out-staffed engineering teams have the right skills to deliver on our roadmap and timeline.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the technology teams in agile ceremonies.
- Manages current staffing effectively and anticipates future staffing needs.
- Be the consumer advocate - understand Argo customers’ needs and their pain points across the journey - and define our products and offerings to meet those needs.
- Define the roadmap, set the team's goals, strategic direction, success metrics and roadmap to develop new products that are aligned with Argo’s mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and usability studies.
- Completely own your team's products, existing or new, across the lifecycle - from ideation, through agile development, to launch, growth and maintenance. Establish the proper frameworks to constantly measure and improve.
- Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams: out-staffed engineers, marketers, finance, the global mobility team, and business partners to drive a shared vision.
- Drive experimentation with both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Communicate clearly at all levels - roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences.
- Maintain and optimize staffing and budgets to meet business goals.
- Collaborates with the company’s executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on teams, projects, operations, and systems.
- Work with engineering to recommend, implement new technologies and solutions to improve organizational processes and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Requires 8 years of experience in systems integrations and data-focused products.
- Requires 7 years of experience in legal technology.
- Requires 6 years of experience in product management.
- Requires 5 years of experience in the following: development of software for highly regulated industries, direct people management and data integration.
- Requires 2 years of experience in the following: immigration technology; development of immigration case management software; development of technology in cloud environment (AWS or MS Azure); and working with remote, outsourced development teams.
- 100% telecommuting permitted.

Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and management, computer science, computer engineering or a related field plus 8 years of related experience.
